Delivery & Installation
The Stay Hut is built as a complete unit in our workshop and delivered or collected using a HIAB lorry, so suitable site access is essential. We offer site visits (extra fees apply) to assess your chosen location, provide guidance on orientation and user experience, and ensure everything runs smoothly for delivery. Measuring just 6.2m long by 2.6m wide by 3.4m high externally (5.5mL x 2.3mW x 3.02mH internally), the Stay Hut packs everything you need, and nothing you don’t, into a beautifully efficient space. Thoughtfully designed to maximise comfort and functionality, it offers a perfect retreat without excess. Priced at £65,000 plus 5% VAT and classed as a caravan (T&C apply), it offers a quick return on investment, making it ideal for holiday lets or glamping ventures.
Glazed Galvanised Entrance & Shower Window
Both the entrance door and the opposite shower window are set within striking, protruding galvanised steel boxes, each fitted with full-height double glazing. The entrance offers a bold, modern welcome, while the shower window creates an immersive nature moment (with optional frosted glass for added privacy!). Designed to connect you with the outdoors, without compromising on comfort.
Luxury Bathroom Retreat
The Stay Hut’s bathroom combines a crisp white suite with black fittings for a modern, sophisticated look. A unique mirror splashback behind the sink adds depth and light, while the sleek multi-panel shower system offers a spa-like experience that’s easy to clean and maintain. It’s 5-star hotel luxury, tucked away in nature.
Cosy Bothy Bed & Sleep Deck
The Stay Hut features a slightly elevated, built-in bothy-style bed, a cosy retreat with a perfectly placed window so guests can wake up to the view. Climb the hand-built timber ladder to the sleep deck above, an ideal snug spot for a child or friend to stay. It’s small-space living, thoughtfully layered for comfort and connection.

Wood‑Fibre Insulation
Stay Hut will use wood-fibre insulation– a breathable, high-performance material made from sustainable timber. It naturally regulates temperature, keeping things cool in summer and warm in winter, while also dampening sound for a quieter interior. Its dense structure helps prevent overheating, resists moisture build-up, and offers excellent fire resistance, all without synthetic additives. It’s a comfort you can feel, with sustainability built in.
Handcrafted Kitchen Cupboard Fronts
Our in-house bench joiner handcrafts the kitchen cupboard fronts from a wood fibre material which uses organic colouring agents. Durable, eco-friendly, and available in a forest of colours, these cupboards bring depth, personality, and lasting style to every Stay Hut kitchen.
Luxury Vinyl Flooring Throughout
We’ve chosen vinyl flooring for the Stay Hut interior, a durable, easy-clean surface that stands up to muddy boots, everyday spills, and high guest turnover. It’s practical for hosts and comfortable underfoot.
European Plywood Interior Panelling
The Stay Hut’s interior features Wisa® spruce plywood panelling, prized for its naturally low VOC emissions. Its light, bright finish creates an airy, welcoming atmosphere.
Corrugated Exterior with Larch Gables
The Stay Hut’s exterior features UK manafactured corrugated steel cladding, a contemporary, low-maintenance material that’s built to last. It comes in a range of colours, with Anthracite as standard, or upgrade to a striking COR-TEN steel finish for a rich, weathered look over time. Each gable end is clad in UK-grown larch, adding natural warmth and character with its own rugged durability.
Recycled Worktop
The Stay Hut’s kitchen worktop is made from recycled plastics, UK produced. It is a unique surface created from 100% post-consumer plastic waste, like yoghurt pots. Durable, waterproof, and easy to clean, it’s as practical as it is eye-catching, with each piece telling a recycled story.
Gable-End Window and Upgrade
A well-placed, smaller window comes as standard – but you can upgrade to a stunning full-height picture window for uninterrupted views and maximum natural light. It’s the perfect frame for whatever landscape your Stay Hut calls home.
