The Role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee project delivery and lead the development of our workshop production processes. This role involves coordinating design, procurement, workshop and site teams to ensure cabins are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Alongside day to day delivery, you will help strengthen how we operate. This includes improving workshop flow, supporting design for buildability, enhancing production planning, and embedding quality control processes that make excellence repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of our company, representing our brand professionally and confidently in all client interactions and engagements.
- Plan and manage project programmes
- Coordinate workshop production across multiple builds/projects
- Support design for buildability and production efficiency
- Monitor budgets and procurement
- Oversee subcontractors and installation
- Maintain quality control processes
- Drive operational improvements
Requirements
- Experience in construction, workshop production, or design and build environments
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Commercial awareness
- Confident managing people and subcontractors
- Practical understanding of build processes
This is a hands on leadership role with real influence on how the business evolves.
