We’ve invested in our website, built a strong social media presence, and boast a loyal following. Crucially, we have a talented team and specialise in crafting exceptional cabins, huts, and escapes and we want to let more people know about what we do. Can you help?
This may be two roles – essentially we’re seeking individual(s) to lead our marketing and sales efforts in-house, from planning and strategy to creative campaigns, media relations, and sales interactions. The role(s) involves being involved in the entire marketing and sales process, including customer engagement, sales administration, hosting open days all combined in creating a positive and fun customer journey.
We’re looking for individuals who are hyper-organised, friendly yet driven, and passionate about our ethos and culture. You’ll need to be a multitasker, able to hit go on a social media campaign with one hand whilst making coffee for visiting clients with the other.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and marketer, staying informed about our industry trends and working sustainably. You’ll enjoy showcasing our spaces to clients and possess a natural talent for sales.
We value personalised service over quantity. Authenticity holds greater importance for us than meeting sales targets although this helps us deliver vision.
The role(s) will be based in our design office in beautiful South Devon and can be full or part-time on a permanent basis. Whether you have 2 or 20 years of experience or have just not found your people, we’re looking for a driven individual who is eager to succeed and thrive in a small company with big ambitions.
You should excel in communication, writing, and creativity, with proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google Suite, social media campaigns/google ads as well as have an eye for photography and videography, and be a natural copywriter.
