The Glamping Show 2025 was a brilliant few days for our team at Life Space Cabins. We had the chance to meet so many operators, landowners, and future hosts who are shaping the next wave of unique places to stay. For us, it was an opportunity to share our passion for design-led, sustainable cabins– and to showcase what makes our Glamping Show cabins stand out.
The Recap: Glamping Show 2025
For us, events like this are about more than showing cabins– it’s about sharing ideas, building confidence, and helping people take the next step in their projects. Here’s a recap of what went down:
Bringing our cabin models to life
Our 3D-printed scale models of the Life Space range proved to be a real talking point. They gave visitors the chance to see how our cabin forms translate into practical layouts and finishes. Having something tactile and visual made it easier for people to imagine how our cabins could look and feel on their own sites.
Conversations that matter
Some of the best moments came from in-depth conversations with operators, retreat hosts, and those just starting out in the glamping sector. From exploring planning challenges to discussing guest experience, these discussions gave people the clarity and confidence they need to move their projects forward.
Confidence in planning support
One area that really resonated was our planning application support service. Many visitors said knowing we can guide them through permitted development, prepare supporting documents, or advise on full applications gave them confidence to take the next step. It was clear how valuable this expertise is for anyone navigating the planning process.
A cabin experience in VR
This year we introduced something new: a virtual reality cabin experience. By slipping on the headset, visitors could step inside a Life Space cabin and explore the space as if it were already built. It was a fun and immersive way to appreciate the design and scale our cabins create.
Standing out with quality cabin design & build
We were encouraged to hear show visitors say our cabins stood out for their detailing and choice of materials. For us, that simply reflects the care and attention we put into every design and build– and it was reassuring to see that effort resonate with people looking for lasting quality and memorable guest experiences.
Looking ahead
We left the Glamping Show 2025 energised and inspired by the conversations we had and the projects we heard about. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand– your ideas and enthusiasm remind us why we do what we do.
