At both shows we met a whole host of interesting people looking to diversify, expand or start their own business. We also chatted to plenty of fellow businesses gaining valuable peer to peer knowledge from each other.
At the Farm Business Innovation show, Jamie led a seminar as well as being invited to speak on what became the very popular Glamping live debates panel – standing room only!
Simply Beautiful Cabins
This Autumn we launched our new collection of cabins which include The Prairie Cabin. Specifically designed to suit a variety of uses for the glamping and holiday accommodation industry. We have been very much led by what you, the market is asking for. Attractive, flexible, durable, warm, insulated spaces for year round use.
We continue to work with clients on creating unique small spaces to suit their specific requirements. We’re delighted that the Silo inspired cabin and the Natures Lens spaces both received planning permission this autumn.
If you don’t follow us on instagram or facebook you might have missed that our Dart Cabin is currently onsite being built and despite the persistent rain and wind in Devon this self contained living space should be ready in a few weeks time!
We were over the moon to have been included in the latest Cabin Porn book, which was published by Penguin Books at the end of October.
An industry bible for enthusiasts of beautiful small spaces the book included our popular Woodcutters Refuge. A real coo for us!
Rural Business Awards
Jamie and Kate attended the Rural Business Awards – in October as Life Space Cabins were SW regional finalists in two categories. Unfortunately it wasn’t our year but we were chuffed to be nominated alongside some brilliant hard working rural businesses.
From Norfolk to North Devon, we’ve been sending Jamie out on plenty of site visits this season.
Visiting clients at their locations is such an important element of the process that we offer. We can check the feasibility of your site on all aspects that include site access to making the most of a view.

Wow! Having written this summary, I can now see why I never got a chance to write a November blog post and why it feels like 2020 is set to be a very good year.
